As you probably know, I’ve been at the D’Rose Inn for 10 years – and what an adventure the 10 years have been. I’ve worked harder than I have ever worked in my life, met some of the greatest people, made some off-the-wall decisions (one that will always be THE best business decision I made!), had some great laughs and some silly times, and have probably worked 25 years in the last 10. And now is the time to move on to the next adventure and the next chapter of my life. I move on with happiness that I was able to live my childhood dream with so much fun and the belief that I made a difference (which is something I never felt I accomplished in the corporate world). I am so grateful for everyone that has supported the Inn through these last ten years. The motorcycling community is one of the most supportive and charitable communities I have had the pleasure of being a member.
I am going to take some time to rest, and then decide what my next adventure will be. Whatever it is, I am sure it will be fun and exciting, so watch for future announcements. And I am happy to say I will have a great partner in that next adventure. My email, website and Facebook accounts will remain active.
Dallas and Brad Hart are now the proud owners of The Historic Leakey Inn, and have assured me that the motorcyclists and bicyclists will continue to be welcomed at their inn. If you want to be on their mailing list, contact Dallas at email@example.com, or see their website at www.leakeyinn.com.
Again, I thank you for your support through the years.
